But yes, you can help if you’re fat. It takes more will power for some and it does for others but you CAN help if you’re fat.

About 1% of all fat people have a disorder that makes them gain weight or means they can’t lose weight but do you really know anyone with a disorder like that?

I’d be surprised if you did.

And then the people who are saying they’re fat. Of course you are not. Everyone is a different weight but you are not one of those annoyingly clinically obese people.

You can call me narrow-minded and hurl abuse at me but it’s my opinion, I can say what I fucking want, it’s my blog so you don’t have to follow it.

And I’m deleting on the 1st anyway so I’ll do what I fucking want to from now on.
